Ledger Returns & Refunds

1. Return Eligibility

  • All products purchased directly from Ledger’s official store are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, accessories, and tags, and must not be used or damaged.

  • Certain items, such as hygiene-related accessories  (USB-C to USB-A cable, opened Ledger Nano X sets), may be non-returnable for safety reasons.

 

2. Return Process

  1. Contact Ledger Customer Support to initiate your return.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our team will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

  5. Ship the item back and retain the tracking number for reference.

Once Ledger receives your return, we will inspect the product and process your refund within 7–10 business days.

 

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a Ledger error or defective product.

  • Partial refunds may be applied for items returned opened or not in their original condition.

 

4. Exchanges

  • For exchanges (size, color, or replacement of defective items), please contact Ledger Customer Support.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
